She has taught at Upper Iowa University and Hampton University, and served with Gwinnett County Schools, bringing a wealth of academic and practical leadership insight into every mentorship experience. Through her own initiative with Trinity, she has also partnered with Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation, empowering individuals with disabilities by teaching entrepreneurial and workforce development skills.
Her passion for this work is deeply personal. Inspired by her late mother, an educator, and her late father, who endured disability before his passing, as well as a close relative with a learning disability, Dr. Mohair carries a lifelong commitment to empowering people of all abilities to rise beyond limitation. These lived experiences fuel her heart for renewal, resilience, and legacy-building.
